  I have had a storage unit for a long time. In general, staff have been pleasant and helpful. When I came in to make a payment recently, Tiara was very warm, enthusiastic and eager to help. She assisted me in reassessing my storage needs and informed me of different unit sizes and rates. I would easily give Tiara ‘5 stars *****’ and I feel she is a great asset in this organization.
  
  The ‘4 stars’ go to this Storage Facility (as another reviewer suggested) lacking a dumpster which could be most helpful and necessary for people in transition, their rather high rates, too large yearly rent increase and frequent rent reminders.
